Custom Messages

LivePerson has a rich set of system messages that are displayed automatically in the chat window, for example when the:

• Chat window opens
• Operator accepts a chat
• Visitor is transferred to another operator

Now you can easily customize all those messages. You can even use HTML formatting tags (including image tags).

Example: Online sales application

Give your sales person a face! A personalized message will increase visitors' trust and reduce chat abandonment.

Advanced Customization

You can include custom variables in your system messages. This enables you to further personalize your messages. For example, you can include the visitor's name in your system messages or even present a different photo for each operator.
