Team Coordinator for "a world of experts"

Job Location: Reading, UK

LivePerson - a profitable, stable, and growing business helping millions of people succeed online every month - is looking for a smart, proactive and focused coordinator to be the pillar that supports the sales, service and finance teams of LivePerson UK. You'll need to take initiative to identify and prioritize all types of issues, work with customers, and administer contracts that directly impact our revenue reporting.

What we need:

The right candidate will oversee administration and document management (office & contracts) by providing quality customer service to all internal and external customers.

  • Ensure accuracy of all contracts.
  • Work closely with sales and professional services teams to maintain customer accounts/records.
  • Extensive follow up with customers and sales as needed.
  • Resolve customer billing inquires.
  • Support US accounting department for monthly billing.
  • Support customer accounts receivables as needed.
  • Maintain and manage corporate documents.
  • Routinely demonstrates a helpful and positive attitude; encourage and build positive work relationships and communicate effectively with all team members, as well as internal and external customers.
  • Must work as team member; a focus on helping others achieve is key.
  • Be a jack of all trades and be fully adaptable to a fast paced, ever changing customer driven environment.  We know what you need to know tomorrow, but we don't know what you'll need to know next year.  Are you ready to help us figure it out?

Qualifications include:

  • 2-4 years experience in contracts/office administration
  • University degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills; you don't have to be Shakespeare, but prior experience writing for business matters and effectively managing customer contacts is a plus
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Initiative to make our team better; if it's broken or you have a better way, feedback is great, making it happen better.
  • Your weekly question will be "who is doing what by when?" You'll need to be comfortable coordinating internal and external teams and resources.
  • A true extrovert — you'll need to be comfortable picking up the phone and working/negotiating with people from all over the world.
