Online Implementation
Job Location: Ra'anana, Israel
Description:
Responsible for providing world class implementation assistance to client through online chat, email & telephone.
Duties include: Assisting clients with product implementation. Management of customer interaction with utmost professionalism.
Requirements
- High school matriculation. Preferably students
Other Requirements
- Native English (or equivalent verbal & written), must have excellent written & spoken English.
- Customer orientation & communication skills- needs to be equally comfortable whether communicating by email, chat or by phone.
- Good interpersonal skills, minimum one year experience in customer service/training via telephone & web.
- Basic knowledge of windows 2000/xp
- Familiarity with web site building (HTML, JavaScript- advantage)
- 3-4 shifts per week, 6 hours each, between 13:00-19:00 19:00-01:00
