Account Manager

Job Location: Ra'anana, Israel

This position provides product implementation assistance and consulting to new and existing customers, to ensure customer success. Candidate will have great deal of customer interaction. Being able to provide a high level of consulting service is key to the success of this position. Account Manager identifies upgrade opportunities and works with sales departments to generate new revenues.

Responsibilties

  • Care for customers from end-of-sale through implementation of LivePerson Service ensuring customer success.
  • Provide pre-sales support.
  • Identify customers at risk and reduce customer attrition.
  • Identify upgrade opportunities and work with sales to generate new revenues.
  • Training delivery.

Required Skills/Experience

  • Excellent English (verbal and written)
  • 1-3 years of work experience
  • Technically oriented with good analytical skills
  • Experience in customer service via telephone and web
  • Understanding of website building, HTML, CSS – Advantage
  • Experience with search engine marketing programs (PPC, SEO, etc.) - Advantage
  • Experience in Customer Training - Advantage

  • Candidate must demonstrate a strong ability and initiative to learn
  • Customer oriented and has excellent communication skills
  • A people person
