Account Manager
This position provides product implementation assistance and consulting to new and existing customers, to ensure customer success. Candidate will have great deal of customer interaction. Being able to provide a high level of consulting service is key to the success of this position. Account Manager identifies upgrade opportunities and works with sales departments to generate new revenues.
Responsibilties
- Care for customers from end-of-sale through implementation of LivePerson Service ensuring customer success.
- Provide pre-sales support.
- Identify customers at risk and reduce customer attrition.
- Identify upgrade opportunities and work with sales to generate new revenues.
- Training delivery.
Required Skills/Experience
- Excellent English (verbal and written)
- 1-3 years of work experience
- Technically oriented with good analytical skills
- Experience in customer service via telephone and web
- Understanding of website building, HTML, CSS – Advantage
- Experience with search engine marketing programs (PPC, SEO, etc.) - Advantage
- Experience in Customer Training - Advantage
Required Personality Traits
- Candidate must demonstrate a strong ability and initiative to learn
- Customer oriented and has excellent communication skills
- A people person
